This course will introduce you to the main concepts of services marketing. In particular, it will define exactly what is meant by the term ‘service’, and look at the characteristics of a service.

It further looks at both micro-environments such as the economy, politics or legislation and macro-environments such as location, competitors and collaborators in the services marketing industry, in order to establish the impact of different aspects of the environment on your service business.

This course will be of interest to anyone who owns or wants to establish a service business or anybody who wants to market a services business.
